IT Project Manager/Sr. Business Analyst

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end IT projects including analyzing opportunities, gathering requirements, designing functional solutions, testing, training users, and managing vendors. Scope projects, create detailed business analyses, define and schedule project plans, and manage developers to successful deliverables. Define test scenarios, oversee change management, document systems, train users, and provide post go-live support. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience designing and implementing technical solutions, strong analytical and communication skills, familiarity with project management methodologies, and the ability to lead complex initiatives across the project life cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline, and/or equivalent relevant experience
- 3-5 years’ experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting business processes with technical solutions
- Proven analytical skills
- Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience working on projects through the full project life cycle
- Ability to manage and provide leadership on complex projects that have a high impact
- Effective communicator
- Strong organizational skills
- Good collaborator
