Job Summary
Lead planning, execution and delivery of IT projects across global business units; manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while proactively identifying and mitigating risks; collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals; oversee implementations and integrations; develop and maintain detailed project documentation, reports and communications for all stakeholders; coordinate internal and external resources, including vendors and consultants, to achieve project objectives; drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, tools and methodologies; 5+ years of IT/project management experience in manufacturing/industrial environments; strong knowledge of ERP/CRM/QMS and digital transformation initiatives; proficient in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; PMP or Agile certification preferred
