IT Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects across global business units, including system implementations, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, manufacturing, engineering, finance, and sales to define requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Oversee implementations and integrations, develop detailed project documentation, and coordinate internal and external resources, including vendors and consultants. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies. This role is 100% on-site in Northeastern Connecticut and requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business with 5+ years of experience managing IT or business systems projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing IT or business systems projects, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, software development and implementation processes
- Proven success delivering enterprise-level projects (ERP, CRM, QMS or digital transformation initiatives)
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem solving skills
- This role is 100% on site
- based out of our headquarters in Northeastern Connecticut
Desired Qualifications
- PMP or Agile certification preferred
