Job Summary
Independently define, manage, and control the scope of medium to large initiatives, leading the definition process to align with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations. Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate scope-related risks while championing best practices within the Chapter. Lead root cause analysis for complex delivery problems, develop comprehensive improvement plans, and drive solution design and validation. Manage diverse stakeholder relationships across functional areas, acting as a trusted advisor to resolve conflicts and ensure alignment. Oversee feature roadmaps, drive backlog execution in Jira and ServiceNow, and apply Agile methodologies to optimize delivery. Maintain awareness of cloud infrastructure constraints when scoping application features and champion AI tools to automate routine tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record operating in a Delivery Management Roles (e.g., Project Manager, Service Manager, Scrum Master, RTE, Agile Coach) managing medium to large initiatives or significant workstreams.
- Experience managing the delivery of complex features or projects (such as service transitions or ART increments) across functional areas.
- Demonstrated experience translating requirements into strategic implementation plans and contributing to business planning and forecasting.
- Strong ability to select, adapt, and apply appropriate delivery methodologies towards optimized results.
- Proficiency in utilizing advanced delivery tools and techniques to manage complex processes and dependencies.
- Strong analytical skills to drive root cause analysis and propose comprehensive improvement plans.
- Life Sciences / Pharma domain experience: Direct exposure to Clinical Trial Data and familiarity with GXP standards.
- Experience Clinical Imaging Data is a strong Plus.
- Proficiency with backlog management, incident tracking, and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow).
- Understanding of cloud-native application environments (specifically AWS Cloud)
