Job Summary

Lead high-visibility, no-fail IT and communications projects by acting as a trusted partner to government project managers, taking full ownership of outcomes, managing risks, and aligning stakeholders. Drive the end-to-end project lifecycle across multiple engineering domains, ensuring deliverables meet expectations while developing and managing artifacts such as RTMs, IMS, and RAID logs. Operate as a senior technical advisor to executive leadership, translating complex technical issues into actionable decisions within structured governance environments including configuration control and technical review boards. Requires an active TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree in a business field, and 8+ years of experience managing IT projects in mission-critical environments.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale IT initiatives in high-visibility and mission-critical environments
  • Experience successfully delivering technical projects with significant operational impact, tight timelines, and high stakeholder scrutiny
  • Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles across multiple engineering domains
  • Experience developing and managing project artifacts such as RTMs, IMS, and RAID logs
  • Experience working within structured governance environments, including configuration control boards and technical review boards
  • Ability to operate as a senior technical advisor to executive leadership, translating complex technical issues into actionable decisions
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a business field and 8+ years of experience in managing IT projects, or 12+ years of experience in managing IT projects in lieu of degree
  • Active TS/SCI

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting high-visibility Government programs, such as DoD, IC, or other regulated environments, with strict compliance and reporting requirements
  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and configuration management processes
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance standards and best practices
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
