IT Project Manager

Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget by coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors. Assist in defining project scope and objectives with stakeholders, then develop comprehensive plans to monitor progress and track performance against short and long-term goals. Manage resource allocation, delegate tasks based on staff strengths, and handle change requests to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Prepare regular status updates for management, report and escalate issues, and perform risk management to minimize project exposure. Establish and maintain relationships with clients and vendors, meet detailed ordering briefs, and create documentation including spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps. Sign off and transition documents from project to business as usual while meeting budgetary objectives through financial analysis.
