Job Summary
Lead end-to-end Infor M3 ERP implementations across multiple locations, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery while managing complex integrations with specialized systems. Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to oversee data migration, testing, and go-live procedures. Manage relationships with Infor M3 partners and external consultants throughout project lifecycles, aligning outcomes with organizational transformation goals. Operate effectively in VUCA environments using Waterfall and hybrid methodologies, driving results with a strong bias for action. Requires 5+ years of Infor M3 experience, extensive travel during key phases, and willingness to work across time zones. Ideal for candidates with domain knowledge in food, beverage, or manufacturing industries.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP implementations (strongly preferred)
- 3+ years with SAP ECC functional modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP preferred)
- Understanding of manufacturing, distribution, or process industry business processes
- Experience with system integrations, data migration, and ERP go-live activities
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-site ERP implementations
- Experience operating in VUCA environments with adaptive project management methodologies
- Strong experience with Waterfall and hybrid project management approaches
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively during key project phases
- Flexibility to work across different time zones and cultural contexts

- Experience in food & beverage, manufacturing, or agricultural industries
- Understanding of poultry farming operations and management systems
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
