Job Summary
IT Project Manager – Manufacturing & Enterprise Integration role focused on delivering end-to-end IT projects and programs in manufacturing environments. Responsibilities include managing multiple IT projects and occasionally larger programs across ERP (SAP/S4HANA), MES, CRM and logistics systems; coordinating pilots and PoCs (including AI-driven initiatives); overseeing integration between manufacturing systems and enterprise platforms; driving structured delivery with risk, time, and cost management; coordinating vendors and onboarding activities; engaging IT, business stakeholders and vendors; and communicating outcomes clearly in international, fast-paced environments. Requires success in structured planning, reporting, and ensuring solutions are validated before scaling, with a senior level of leadership and execution focus.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in IT Project Management in complex environments
- Experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects
- Exposure to ERP (SAP / S4HANA), MES and system integrations
- Experience working with vendors and external providers
- Ability to structure complex topics and drive execution
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience leading pilots or PoCs is a plus
- Full professional fluency in English (C2+)
- Typically 6–15 years of experience in IT project management
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Experience in international and multi-stakeholder contexts
- Analytical & consulting skills: structured problem-solving, translating complexity into clear plans and actions
- German language skills (desirable)
