Job Summary
Lead and coordinate IT projects in SAP, ERP, infrastructure, and business applications while managing budgets, resources, and timelines for central initiatives. Plan and oversee upcoming enterprise ERP rollouts, steering interdisciplinary teams and external vendors through agile methodologies. Identify and resolve project risks, maintaining comprehensive documentation and status reports. Leverage modern technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to optimize processes and project workflows. This role involves active participation in the company's digital transformation within an international environment at BW Papersystems, a global leader in paper processing and packaging solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung (ca. 3–5 Jahre) im IT-Projektmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Projektfunktion
- Fundiertes Verständnis klassischer Projektmanagementmethoden sowie moderner, agiler Arbeitsweisen
- Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement- und Collaboration-Tools
- Kenntnisse in SAP-, ERP- oder Infrastrukturprojekten sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, Veränderungen aktiv voranzutreiben
- Interesse an digitalen Innovationen und KI-Technologien sowie deren praktischem Einsatz im Arbeitsalltag
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse in SAP-, ERP- oder Infrastrukturprojekten sind von Vorteil
