Job Summary
Lead and manage IT projects from planning through implementation, developing comprehensive plans for schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones. Monitor project status, financials, risks, dependencies, and decision points while coordinating procurement activities and external supplier communication. Manage implementation activities for externally acquired IT systems, including testing, acceptance, go-live, and change management. Ensure alignment between business and IT teams and prepare documentation for steering committees. Work on-site in Norrköping with fluent Swedish, supporting successful transitions into ongoing operations and lifecycle management.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as an IT Project Manager
- Experience leading procurement and implementation of enterprise IT systems
- Experience coordinating external suppliers and vendor relationships
- Strong experience managing project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and resources
- Experience coordinating business and IT stakeholders
- Ability to independently manage complex implementation projects
- Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
- Fluent Swedish, both written and spoken
- Ability to work on-site in Norrköping when required
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading external suppliers in connection with implementation or lifecycle management of IT systems
- Experience leading complex implementations of standard systems, SaaS solutions, or other external IT solutions
- Experience managing system integrations as part of implementation projects
- Experience within public-sector or large enterprise environments
- Have strong experience coordinating suppliers and implementation activities
- Are confident managing complex stakeholder environments
- Can combine structured project governance with hands-on delivery
- Proactively identify risks and drive resolution
- Communicate clearly with both business and technical teams
