IT Project Manager - Infrastructure (AMC & M&A/D)

Job Summary
Lead IT infrastructure projects for AMC and M&A/D initiatives across the organization, guiding delivery from discovery through cutover and closure. Establish Day-1/Day-30/Day-100 milestones, manage integrated project plans, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate with IT Real Estate, Workplace Services, Cybersecurity, and business leaders to align IT delivery with transaction goals, ensuring site readiness, business continuity, and secure integration or separation. Drive governance artifacts, QA stage gates, SOPs, and knowledge updates; deliver on KPIs and provide clear, executive-status reporting. Coordinate infrastructure activities (network, data center/cloud, end-user computing, collaboration tools, telephony, security readiness) and partner with ITSM to plan changes with minimal business disruption. Travel approximately 20% as required. Key competencies include masterful communication, cross-functional leadership, program/project management (waterfall, agile, hybrid), and a strong focus on risk, cost control, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP certification from PMI
- 7 – 10+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects in a global multi-site / multi-regional environment
- Direct experience supporting facility moves, site openings/closures (AMC) or M&A/D IT integrations or separations
- Proficiency with IT project management governance (quality stage gates, project & stakeholder communications and reporting) and ITSM Change Management
- Strong vendor management, communication, and cross‐functional leadership
- Strong working knowledge of infrastructure technologies (networking, identity/SSO, endpoint imaging, printing, AV, server/cloud (Azure), security/segmentation)
- Experience across multiple time zones and cultures
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tool suite
- Ability to translate standards into process, templates and tools
- Strong English verbal and written communication
