Job Summary
Lead cross-functional delivery of technology projects by facilitating scope, goals, milestones, and resource requirements from concept creation through implementation. Manage sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and project lifecycle activities while collaborating with technical, product, and business teams to break complex projects into prioritized plans. Track project status, progress, risks, dependencies, and action items to create clear visibility for stakeholders and leadership. Define and drive mitigation plans to keep initiatives on track, ensuring IT practices and outcomes remain aligned with business needs. Utilize strong facilitation, negotiation, and dependency management techniques to resolve issues and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred
- 5–10 years of relevant IT project management experience
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results
- Experience managing cross-functional technology projects
- Ability to define scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements
- Experience facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and project meetings
- Strong dependency management, risk management, and issue resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with business stakeholders, technical teams, product teams, vendors, and leadership
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a utility, energy, enterprise IT, or infrastructure environment
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methods
- Experience with release coordination, operational readiness, and change management
- PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or related project management certification is a plus
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
