Job Summary
The IT Project Manager II will generate custom reports, ad hoc queries, and statistical information from large data sets for partners across campus. Maintain a working knowledge of database structure and database development. Develop and implement custom applications within the office using a variety of development languages. Analyze, troubleshoot, and work with stakeholders to identify and resolve aid program related issues. Demonstrate a working knowledge of student ISIRs and COD file imports. Exhibit a working knowledge of University of Arkansas student information system (Workday) and be able to assist other users in troubleshooting and resolving issues. Recommends changes or updates in programming, documentation, and training to address system deficiencies and user needs. Perform other duties as assigned. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer applications, mathematics, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education
- At least two years of experience in computer support and data analysis OR Completion of technical training in computer science, data processing, or a related field acquired from a vocational, military, or industrial setting
- At least four years of experience in computer support and data analysis
