IT Project Manager

Capture and communicate project meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and decisions to the team and attendees. Develop and implement team communication plans while managing workstream priorities and partner with functional leads to enable effective status communication. Create and manage budget visuals, scope of work documents, and monthly variance reports with finance. Lead change management for timelines and budgets, execute detailed plans, and identify changes impacting scope or timeline. Track key risks, mitigation efforts, and contingency plans through regular core team conversations. Manage SharePoint and Teams sites, maintain milestone dates, confidence levels, and shifts, and organize external-facing sites with IP considerations. Partner with the COO to onboard new team members and facilitate scenario planning.
