Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end IT project management for local laundry and apparel solutions, covering audit visits, requirements analysis, and technical specification drafting. Develop new features using WinDev/WebDev and manage HFSQL databases while interfacing with industrial PLCs and ERP systems. Deploy solutions on-site across France, configuring RFID and barcode hardware, then train end-users and administrators. Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support, analyze client feedback for continuous improvements, and maintain technical documentation. Lead the internal Helpdesk to ensure rapid service delivery and manage incident, problem, and change management practices. Travel 50% of the time to client sites in Mureaux, representing the company and adapting to complex industrial processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Bac+3) au master (Bac+5) en informatique
- Maîtrise de l'environnement PC SOFT (WinDev) avec un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience
- Bonne connaissance de la gestion des bases de données SQL
- Maîtrise de l'anglais essentiellement à l'oral
- Capacité à comprendre rapidement des processus industriels complexes
- Déplacements fréquents (50% du temps) dans toute la France
