Job Summary
Lead delivery of IT and business change projects at Freshfields Global Centre in Manchester, blending Agile and Waterfall methodologies to realise business benefits. Drive stakeholder engagement, multi-disciplinary team leadership, and governance across projects from initiation to benefit realisation. Manage project scope, sprint planning, velocity forecasting, MVP delivery, reporting on burn rates and value, and ensure solutions remain sustainable and aligned with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or similar academic credit
- Relevant professional accreditation - PMP / Prince2 Practitioner / ScrumMaster
- Experience of delivering IT & business change projects across global organisations
- Experience with Agile delivery techniques (Scrum/Kanban) and mixed delivery (Waterfall/Agile)
- Proficiency with MS Project Online and JIRA
- Stakeholder management and multidisciplinary team leadership
- Ability to establish project vision, documentation of benefits, and governance
- Experience with budgeting/financial forecasting, RAID logs, Change Requests and reporting
