Job Summary
Conduct onsite assessments to create 12-month remediation plans for SaaS implementation recovery and stabilization. Coordinate daily with internal teams and vendors to fix defects, improve data quality, and stabilize core workflows including billing, routing, and scale operations. Oversee integration repairs across ERP, payments, GIS, and telematics systems while leading analysts and implementing structured change, incident, and release management. Provide onsite user support, training, and updated SOPs to transition the system to steady-state. Manage project scope, budget, and stakeholder communications while developing RFPs and negotiating contracts. Requires 5–8 years of experience with ERP, GIS, and telematics systems.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Project Management
- Understanding of ERP, payments, GIS, telematics, and/or scale systems
- Proven ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Proven ability to develop a 12-month remediation plan
