Job Summary
IT Project Manager leading Data Management, AI adoption, and Enterprise Architecture initiatives for TTB, overseeing DM policies, data dictionary, RFC/CCB governance, and strategic roadmaps; responsible for coordinating data modeling, governance, and AI-enabled transformations within a hybrid work arrangement in the DC region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in IT program management, data management, enterprise architecture governance, or database administration oversight
- Familiarity with enterprise data dictionaries, data modeling concepts, and EA tracking/Request For Change (RFC) workflow systems
- Proven ability to run technical review boards (e.g., AWG, ECCB), author technical governance policies (like a DM Handbook), and manage multi-year IT strategic roadmaps
- U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident status with at least three years of U.S. residency and ability to obtain government suitability clearance
