Job Summary
IT Project Manager to lead the deployment and adoption of the PARAGON security and crisis management IT platform for the European Commission, coordinating end-to-end implementation, roadmap development, milestone tracking, stakeholder alignment across DGs and external partners, and ensuring integration with cybersecurity and incident response processes. Responsible for governance, risk management, testing/validation, rollout activities, governance meetings, and progress reporting while ensuring compliance with EC security policies and data protection requirements. Strong emphasis on coordinating diverse stakeholders in a multicultural, politically sensitive public-sector environment, with familiarity in security operations, monitoring, incident response, and security governance concepts. Proficiency with PM2/PRINCE2/PMP/Agile, ITIL desirable; excellent communication and leadership skills; English required, with knowledge of French and/or Dutch considered advantageous.
