Job Summary
Drive project planning, execution, governance, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication for cross-functional technology initiatives supporting Curriculum Associates' global EdTech platform. Independently facilitate project meetings, decision-making sessions, and executive updates while defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Develop RAID logs and executive dashboards to monitor quarterly milestones and ensure alignment with business objectives. Coordinate teams across India and the United States, collaborating with Engineering, Security, and external vendors to deliver high-impact projects in a hybrid Agile and traditional environment. Own Steering Committee reporting and proactively mitigate risks through appropriate governance channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 8-12 years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years of managing enterprise technology projects
- Proven experience managing medium to large cross-functional technology initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working directly with US-based business teams
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar
- Less than quarterly travel

- Familiarity with reporting automation, business intelligence, and data visualization concepts
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve project delivery and team productivity
