Job Summary
Client-facing IT Project Manager role overseeing medium to large IT Infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include gathering project teams, defining scope, developing work plans and resource and budget plans, managing project plans and cross-functional work, coordinating internal/external resources, commissioning and decommissioning IT software, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with high-quality results. Requires leading with strong facilitation, communication with customers and teams, and adherence to project management methodologies (Agile experience a bonus). Must be able to work 75% remotely and 25% on client sites, with potential night/weekend work. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Project Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of equivalent IT project management experience
- Strong knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies
- Experience running a complex set of software deliverables with many interdependencies and cross-organizational collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and locations
- Coordinating resources across IT and business units; working with internal teams and external contractors
- Experience with Office 365, Excel, and Workbench; bonus familiarity with Clarity software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client sites
