Job Summary
Manage concurrent workstreams for cloud optimization, application assimilation, and enterprise operational initiatives aligned with PMIAA and FRS System IT program standards. Partner with technical subject matter experts, product teams, and business stakeholders to identify work efforts, manage timelines and escalations, and track milestones and dependencies. Coordinate with development and business units to ensure alignment with organizational objectives while preparing status updates for executive audiences. Engage stakeholders to realize business value through effective scope management, prioritization, and impediment removal. Identify, manage, and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies across all assigned initiatives. Develop and maintain key project artifacts including schedules, resource plans, RAID logs, and change management documentation. Ensure compliance with Bank, System, and industry standards while managing technical dependencies across applications and integrations. Promote a solution-focused environment emphasizing resolution and forward progress.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizen
- Associate degree and 9+ years of related work experience
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related work experience
- Master's degree and 5 years of related work experience
- Proven experience managing and delivering large, complex technology projects from initiation through completion
- Effective communication to a broad range of audiences
- Strong experience in project coordination and stakeholder management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Executive-level presentations and reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Project Online
- Experience coordinating across architecture, security, testing, data, and integration teams
- Ability to quickly learn technical concepts in architecture, security, testing, data, and integration areas
- Comfortable driving results amid complexity and ambiguity
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based systems, including AWS-native architectures, optimization, operations, and customer success functions
- Experienced in Agile methodologies
- Capable of leading cross-functional discussions
- Strong collaboration skills across in-office, hybrid and remote team environments
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Equivalent project management experience in lieu of PMP
- Relevant Agile certifications in lieu of PMP
- Background in FinTech, banking, or Agile product development environments
