Job Summary
Create long- and short-term plans with milestones and deadlines, then delegate tasks to employees best positioned to complete them. Make effective decisions on project progression options and serve as the point of contact for teams assigned to the same project to ensure synergy. Communicate with executives or the board to keep projects aligned with goals while performing quality control throughout development. Adjust schedules and targets as needs or financing change, handling confidential information with professionalism. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to lead projects from initial idea through completion on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in a relevant field of studies
- Minimum 5 years of professional working experience in IT project management in ICT, Cloud, Telecommunications or Cyber Security related projects
- Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
- Communicating effectively in a structured manner, with all stakeholders
- Problem solving and managing projects in an efficient manner
- Demonstrating adaptability and managing changing priorities while meeting deadlines
- Handling confidential information by demonstrating high sense of professionalism
- Have relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity and/or hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar will be considered as an asset
- Experience working in large scale industries, such as Banking or Energy
