Job Summary
Facilitate domain-specific program syncs, standups, and team coordination while supporting quarterly planning and capacity management. Track domain initiatives, epic health, and dependencies across teams to ensure process adherence and maintain accurate Jira data. Provide visibility into program status to leadership by reporting on risks, blockers, and dependencies, bridging communication between domain teams and executives. Guide teams on change management, prioritization processes, and established standards to drive successful delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in product or technology organizations
- Deep expertise with Jira and Confluence (administration, workflows, reporting)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and dependencies
- Excellent communication skills—ability to translate technical complexity for different audiences
- Experience with capacity planning, roadmapping, and quarterly planning processes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or fintech
- Certifications: PMP, SAFe, Certified Scrum Master, or similar
- Background supporting product/engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with advanced Jira features (Advanced Roadmaps, automation, JQL)
- Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives
