Job Summary
Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery for ERP upgrades, SaaS integrations, network modernization, and cloud migrations. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources while coordinating internal teams, vendors, and MSPs. Partner with business stakeholders to identify needs, gather requirements, and translate them into user stories and technical specifications. Manage risks, dependencies, and changes proactively while facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster agility. Maintain and prioritize a backlog of business and technical enhancements to ensure delivery of incremental value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management and/or business analysis
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Visio
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or advanced certification
- ERP project management experience
- Experience with reporting/visualization tools
- Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, CSM, or PMI-ACP
