Job Summary
IT Project Manager leads defined-scope IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment to sponsor expectations while balancing schedule, budget, and resources. This role partners with functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive clarity, manage risks, and deliver consistent outcomes. Responsibilities include project planning, coordination, maintaining documentation and schedules, change control, risk tracking, issue resolution, stakeholder updates, facilitation of working sessions and standups, adherence to PMO templates and governance, and timely project reporting. Required/desired qualifications include 3–5 years of PM experience, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and certifications such as PMP/CAPM or Agile; proficiency with ServiceNow PM module, Excel, Adobe Workfront, and Office365; and comfort with on-site collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of project management or related delivery experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow Project Management Module
- Experience with Excel and Adobe Workfront
- Experience with Microsoft Office365
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with teams
