Job Summary
Lead and implement app development projects from conception to completion, applying Project Manager and Business Analyst skills to ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide admin support to key enterprise applications and manage the Marketing & Communications' growing application inventory. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery while creating and managing dashboards for data-driven decision-making. This hybrid role requires three days onsite in Mexico City.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English (C1 level)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management and data-driven business analysis
- Proven experience in leading initiatives and coordinating projects proactively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA)
- Ability to foster collaboration and build relationships across various teams and stakeholders
- This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office
- All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week
