Proactively communicate with and manage high-level meetings with clients and business partners to build strong relationships. Foster an open, collaborative atmosphere among internal teams and external parties while standardizing deliverables based on ABeam Project Management methodology. Commit to continuous self-improvement and actively mentor team members' skill development. This role requires a strong leadership character with fast learning abilities, logical thinking, and the capacity to derive hypotheses from data. Experience in consulting or finance is essential, with a proven track record in business, IT, and operation implementation. Detail-oriented professionals with strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in English are expected. Candidates should possess integrity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn, with technical background or AI adaptation capabilities serving as a plus point. Work from an office environment.
