Job Summary
IT Project Lifecycle Manager overseeing cross-functional IT initiatives with structured reporting, risk escalation, and stakeholder coordination in a government/federal environment; role emphasizes lifecycle coordination, schedule management, and security/compliance documentation across initiatives, with interaction among government stakeholders, sponsors, technical teams, and external execution teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or related field
- minimum of two (2) years of directly related experience
- Hands-on experience supporting all stages of the project lifecycle (intake, requirements validation, planning, schedule development, execution monitoring, reporting, implementation coordination, transition, closeout)
- ability to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, milestone trackers, dependency logs, and delivery timelines
- experience managing multiple dynamic projects with varying stakeholders and reporting requirements
- ability to build working relationships with project teams, government stakeholders, system owners, technical staff, cybersecurity personnel, data analysts, and external contractors
- experience supporting information systems security, cybersecurity documentation, accreditation, compliance, or risk management in a federal, DOD, or IC environment
- Current active PMP or CSM certification
- Current, active TS/SCI with ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
