Job Summary
IT Project Engineer at Flow Control Group responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management of end-user computing environments (desktops, laptops, mobile devices) and heavy participation in IT system integrations during acquisitions. Leads technical planning and execution of system integrations, domain migrations and account consolidations, and oversees device lifecycle management, software deployment and patch management. Develops OS images using MECM/SCCM, Intune, and Windows Autopilot; manages endpoint security, MDM/UEM (Intune) configurations; provides Level 3 escalation for IT Service Desk issues; maintains comprehensive technical documentation and runbooks; travel up to 30% for on-site project support and M&A activities; aims to automate and improve client systems management processes.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in desktop engineering, endpoint management, or client systems administration
- Strong proficiency with MECM/SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Windows Autopilot
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS in an enterprise environment
- Proficiency in PowerShell for user management, data migration, and automation
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Entra ID; experience migrating users, groups, and permissions across domains
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, migrating mailboxes, SharePoint data, and Teams configurations; administration of Office 365
- Experience managing iOS and Android devices with an MDM/UEM solution
- Experience maintaining virtual server environments (VMware, Hyper-V, Scale)
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic network concepts
