Job Summary
Coordinate and support technology projects from intake through completion, tracking milestones, risks, action items, and deliverables. Partner with project managers, scrum masters, business stakeholders, and IT teams to facilitate meetings, document decisions, and drive accountability. Create and maintain project, portfolio, and resource reporting while supporting PMO governance and continuous improvement efforts. Ensure accurate project information across systems and tools, assisting colleagues by capturing complex action items and coaching on best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience
- 2+ years of IT project management experience
- Strong project management skills including a demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, organize, coordinate, manage, evaluate, and adjust resources, work effort, and cost for projects of high complexity and risk
- Business and technical acumen
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the team in a professional manner
- Able to solve complex problems, manage ambiguity and adapt to unexpected change
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to make decisions quickly
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly proficient with project management tools such as Jira Software, Confluence, Smartsheet
