Job Summary
Design dashboards, reports, and data visualizations while developing custom applications, interfaces, and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform. Automate manual processes and troubleshoot production issues to maintain data integrity and improve operational efficiency. Participate in software lifecycle management, enterprise technology projects, and vendor collaborations to ensure solutions align with security, regulatory, and governance standards. Maintain technical and user documentation, support data governance initiatives, and assist with migrations. Follow secure coding practices and address audit requests to comply with NCUA, FFIEC, and GLBA standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Three or more years of experience supporting financial institution systems or enterprise business applications
- Experience with SQL, JavaScript, .NET, C#, APIs, web services, and database development
- Strong understanding of systems integration and automation
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Symitar/Jack Henry programming (PowerOn, RepGen, Quest, etc.) preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, or cloud technologies preferred
