Job Summary
Conduct analysis and input into FinTech solution designs to support rapidly growing business needs. Participate in front-to-back technology solution work streams, collaborating with Alpha Business to establish implementation requirements, support testing, and ensure successful client delivery. Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Cash domains, connecting process and data flows to technical components while assessing enhancement extents for new or changed requirements. Coordinate with user experience teams to apply operational analysis to system design and articulate impact analysis and risk mitigation for system changes. Write technical documentation and system operational instructions as necessary. Full-time telecommuting from within the United States is permitted.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 10 years of experience in Information Technology
- 5 years' experience in middle office operations in Banking and financial industry
- 3 years' experience with Cash Management, Accounting, Investment Book of Record
- Proven experience in financial industry working on Front, Middle, Back Office functions
- Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience as a system analyst working in current technology stacks
- Proven experience in agile delivery and adhering to SDLC processes
- Demonstrated strong communication (verbal and written) both internally and with vendors
- Proven ability to work in a high pressured and time sensitive environment
- Full time telecommuting from within the United States
