Job Summary
Program Manager role overseeing project coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts across multiple initiatives; leads projects from inception to final business acceptance; mentors other project leads; develops and monitors project plans, risk management plans, and project documentation; facilitates effective communications between all parties; tracks milestones and adjusts plans to meet objectives; requires exceptional communications and leadership, strong problem solving and organizational skills, and knowledge of project management principles and methodologies; proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools; fast-paced environment with potential for overtime; located in Columbia, SC; in-person interviews; PMP certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate’s degree in any major
- 7 years IT experience in a leadership capacity, including 4 years leading multiple concurrent project teams.
