Job Summary
IT Program Manager to serve as the Operations Liaison, leading technology integration and operational planning for facility modernization and expansion within a Capital Development program. Acts as the central point of integration between enterprise IT initiatives and day-to-day operations, coordinating with project managers, construction managers, operating partners, and contractors to minimize operational impacts across multiple facilities. Responsibilities include coordinating IT integration with facility equipment and systems, tracking program progress, managing stakeholder communications, coordinating with contractors on scheduling and compliance, identifying risks and coordination challenges, and translating user needs into effective operational and technical solutions. Requires 15+ years of relevant experience, strong program-management and collaboration skills, proficiency with PMWeb/Bluebeam/Adobe Pro/SharePoint/Microsoft Office, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Anticipated salary range: $196,000 – $225,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure programs or projects
- experience in operations, facility management, partner operations, or related fields
- hands-on knowledge of large-scale operational IT systems, end-user hardware, and integrated infrastructure
- proficiency with PMWeb, Bluebeam, Adobe Pro, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or related field
