IT Program Manager- Community Connect

Oversee and coordinate multiple interrelated technical projects within the Technical Program Management Office, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to best practices. Develop and implement governance templates, monitor dependencies across programs, and gather consolidated technical project status and financial information for leadership reporting. Provide training and mentorship to project teams while managing resource coordination, risk assessment, and scope definition for major initiatives. Build strong relationships with leadership to resolve conflicts and influence stakeholders on policies and procedures. Requires Epic certification and experience with Epic installations or enhancements. Full-time remote role in Virginia Beach, VA, with base pay ranging from $106,080 to $176,820.
