Job Summary
Lead multiple IT programs within OhioHealth's Care Sites portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable value across scope, schedule, and budget while adhering to PMO standards. Drive program artifacts, roadmaps, governance, and stakeholder engagement; establish and facilitate program steering committees; mentor and coach project managers; manage interdependencies across development teams and business units; oversee change management readiness and ensure alignment with security and governance requirements. Strong emphasis on communication with senior leadership, hands-on execution of complex IT initiatives (e.g., EHR implementations, cloud migrations, M&A integrations), and experience balancing Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models. Responsibilities also include leadership presence, risk management, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in a healthcare IT environment. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of progressive IT leadership experience; PMP certification preferred; proficiency with Smartsheets, Jira, and ServiceNow; ability to lead enterprise-scale IT initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Required) in Business Administration, Computer/Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, HealthCare, Nursing or Related Field
- 5+ years demonstrated, progressive leadership and/or IT experience
