Job Summary
Lead end-to-end implementation of customer-facing applications, coordinating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure seamless rollout while managing requirements, testing, integration, and post-implementation support. Oversee asset lifecycle management programs by partnering with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align data with enterprise systems and drive enhancements to EAM platforms like Maximo or SAP. Manage a portfolio of IT projects, delivering executive-level dashboards and analytics using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint to track health, risks, and dependencies for senior leadership. Ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity across all initiatives. This hybrid role (4 days in office) supports Southern Company Gas's enterprise technology strategy within the utility sector.
