Job Summary
IT Program Leader at Delta Sigma Pi responsible for leading IT initiatives and projects from planning through execution. Responsibilities include selecting and coordinating IT service providers, researching and planning IT needs, budgeting for IT projects, supporting internal and external IT users, maintaining key databases and creating reports, performing coding tasks and testing changes, and communicating project status to vendors and stakeholders. Required skills include IT management, vendor management, project coordination, HTML/SQL/JavaScript/CSS coding, strong communication, problem analysis, and proficiency with IT systems and collaboration tools. This is a hybrid role based in Oxford, Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field preferred
- 3+ years experience in IT management, systems administration or IT support
- Coding knowledge including HTML, SQL, JavaScript and CSS programming languages
- Strong vendor management and project coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex IT and operational challenges and implement effective solutions
- Proficiency with IT systems, productivity software, and collaboration tools
