Job Summary
IT Program Coordinator I to plan, develop, and support technology-driven programs at Texas A&M University. You will partner with IT leadership, engineers, vendors, and program participants to coordinate program delivery on campus and beyond, define goals and processes, map business needs to technology solutions, manage documentation and reporting, coordinate meetings and stakeholder communications, and support procurement and vendor relations. The role requires collaboration across IT teams, travel up to ~15%, familiarity with ITIL/IT service management, and strong organizational and written communication skills. Based in College Station, TX with on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least two years of related professional experience
- Ability to travel independently (approximately 10–15%)
- Export-control authorization is required prior to employment
- This position is security-sensitive and is restricted to U.S. citizens only
