Job Summary
IT Product & Process Management Intern position offering hands-on exposure to ITSM/ITIL practices, ServiceNow, and product/platform work within a global organization. You’ll support Change Enablement, Knowledge Management, Problem Management, and Configuration Management (CMDB) under IT Tools Portfolio and Operations, partnering with practice owners and gaining real-world project experience and mentorship from ITSM leaders. The role emphasizes process improvement, enterprise ITSM exposure, and foundational experience for careers in IT operations and product management. The internship is 40 hours per week for roughly 4 months, with hybrid or fully remote schedules available based on location, and offices located in Lehi or Riverton, Utah.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or enrolled in a college/university program with interest in IT service management, ITIL, or product management (internship)
