IT Product Manager

Job Summary
Develop and document product requirements and prioritized roadmaps for new software and enhancements across ERP systems, custom web applications, and third-party SaaS solutions. Create, maintain, and manage the product backlog while facilitating cross-functional prioritization to ensure timely delivery of high-impact features. Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle, collaborating with business units, technical teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and validate platform functionality. Continuously improve user experience using feedback and data-driven insights, performing validation, testing, and stakeholder reviews to ensure new products meet performance standards. Document technical knowledge during development to support deployment and present completed features to stakeholders for acceptance. Work with business stakeholders to align technology initiatives with corporate goals and objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role or a closely related position such as application development manager
- Proven ability to lead complex technology projects involving software development, system integration, or infrastructure upgrades
- Strong familiarity with SDLC phases and associated project deliverables
- Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams and engaging with both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and precision in execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and discretion
