Seeking a Product Analyst / Business Systems Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in insurance or financial services, focusing on Microsoft stack technologies (.NET/C#, SQL Server). Responsibilities include writing functional requirements, managing product backlog, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role within insurance or financial services
- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft software development stack, including .NET and C# development environments
- SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Views, Optimization)
- SSIS and SSRS for ETL workflows and reporting
- Azure DevOps, Jira, and Microsoft 365
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
- Experience with validation, testing, and troubleshooting in Microsoft environments
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- PMP or Agile certification preferred (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with insurance systems or enterprise financial applications
