Job Summary
Lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and technology partners to design, build, and deliver SAP Treasury solutions within the business unit. Define high-level features that drive business value, own the end-to-end product lifecycle, and establish the Treasury technology roadmap aligned with global trends and strategic goals. Serve as the primary technology counterpart to the Corporate Treasurer, translating business strategies into scalable SAP-based solutions while managing complex technical integrations and vendor partnerships. Drive transformation initiatives focused on AI, automation, and analytics to enhance operational efficiency and financial controls across global teams in the U.S., Mexico, Italy, and New Zealand.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in a corporate IT environment working with multiple disciplines to deliver projects in line with Business strategic goals
- Proven delivery excellence in successfully managing multiple complex projects at a global level
- Minimum of 7 years technology experience in FSCM areas delivering of SAP IT solutions
- Deep experience leading SAP Treasury and Finance product roadmaps
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4 Treasury architecture and capabilities (5+ Years min)
- Experience leading global teams and large-scale transformational initiatives
- Ability to translate business strategy into technology investments and product roadmaps
- 5+ years of SAP S/4 HANA advanced Treasury including - Cash & Liquidity, TRM (Fx, Loans, Hedging, Interest), BCM and Finance configuration experience
- Expect level to design and configure solutions in SAP
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to articulate verbally and in writing

- ability to communicate effectively with various types of stakeholders
- Must be able sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and work on a computer for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly
- Expected to travel approximately 25% percent of the time
Desired Qualifications
- SAP experience beyond Treasury is a strong plus — exposure to adjacent Finance capabilities
- Demonstrated potential to grow into broader Finance product ownership, with the ambition and aptitude to take on higher responsibilities across multiple Finance domains over time
- Food and Beverage Industry knowledge/experience
- Project Management / Agile Experience
- SAP S/4 Finance/Treasury Certification
- SAP S/4 HANA and SAP S4 Cloud experience
- Working knowledge of Jira and Aha!
