Job Summary

Participate in product discovery sessions with Digital Trust stakeholders to translate security and operational needs into product concepts, user stories, and workflow diagrams. Observe and document current-state identity, access, and governance workflows to identify control gaps, manual steps, and user friction. Contribute to future-state designs that improve security, reliability, and operational efficiency while supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness. Partner with Information Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, and clinical teams to clarify product intent, coordinate demonstrations, and validate workflows through testing and user acceptance reviews. Develop test scenarios for joiner-mover-leaver processes and access requests, then analyze feedback and adoption data to guide iterative improvements. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, simplify access, and leverage AI for risk summarization and security case triage. Maintain accurate documentation, process maps, and decision records while escalating unresolved risks or delivery barriers promptly.
