IT Procurement / Purchasing Manager (Fluent German/English)

Job Summary
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across IT categories including SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Hardware. Conduct supplier market analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunities. Manage end-to-end sourcing projects from RFI to contract signature while negotiating supplier contracts and monitoring performance for compliance. Align procurement practices with internal policies and risk controls while collaborating with stakeholders across IT and Finance. Analyze procurement data for insights and demand planning. Requires fluent German and English, with a background in IT procurement or strategic sourcing.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English
- Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or similar field
- Proven track record managing IT procurement or strategic sourcing projects
- Experience with IT supplier negotiation and vendor management
- Familiarity with cloud-based services and licensing models (e.g., SaaS, IaaS)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient with procurement tools (such as SAP, Oracle) and data analysis (Excel, Power BI)
- Able to manage multiple sourcing initiatives in parallel with strong attention to detail
- Hybrid working from home; presence in office once a week required
- 4 days possible
