IT Procurement Manager

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end RFx processes for IT sourcing projects, performing contract negotiations with vendors to capture all business, technical, commercial, and legal requirements. Conduct financial analysis of assigned projects to prepare and present business cases to senior management while collaborating with IT project managers to ensure internal approvals and documentation compliance. Develop and maintain vendor relationships, manage onboarding due diligence, and oversee ongoing reassessments. Deliver regular procurement analytics and vendor spend reports to leadership. Communicate procurement policies and processes to Group IT users worldwide to ensure compliance and facilitate approvals. Requires a university degree in Procurement, IT, or Computer Science with 5-8 years of experience in technology procurement within FSI or insurance sectors, fluency in English and Mandarin, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Procurement or IT or Computer Science
- qualifier in CIPS
- 5-8 years of working experience in technology procurement and vendor management in FSI, insurance or related sectors
- Proven hands on experience in running RFx projects and associated stakeholder management
- Working knowledge in various IT category management skills (hardware, software, telecom, professional services)
