Job Summary
Lead end-to-end procurement of IT products and services across the Europe region, developing sourcing strategies for software, cloud services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecom, and professional services. Manage strategic initiatives including RFIs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract finalization while collaborating with IT, security, finance, legal, and business stakeholders. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, SLAs, and licensing models to maximize value, build relationships with global vendors, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and European regulations like GDPR and DORA. Drive supplier performance reviews, monitor market trends for cost-saving opportunities, support budgeting and spend analysis, and mitigate supply chain risks. Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of proven expertise in strategic IT procurement
- substantial experience managing procurement activities across the European region
- strong track record of leading end-to-end sourcing initiatives for IT hardware, software, cloud technologies, SaaS applications, telecommunications, and technology services
