Job Summary
IT Process Consultant for MES IT Tools leading MES software selection, installation, test/configure/troubleshoot, and optimization across global plants. Collaborates with stakeholders, engineering and IT teams; provides training and ongoing support to improve production efficiency and quality; stays updated on MES tech and best practices; requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field, proven MES experience, strong manufacturing-process knowledge, engineering background, problem-solving and communication skills, project management, travel willingness, and fluent English (German advantageous).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in working with MES software and solutions
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production workflows
- Engineering experience (work division, working instructions)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Project management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
- Advanced English skills. German is an advantage.
