IT Principal Project Manager, Global

Deliver an agreed technology scope on time and within budget by driving value-based outcomes through the full project lifecycle from initial analysis to post-deployment. Own the project plan, financials, and resource model while identifying and onboarding required resources to coordinate day-to-day team activities. Track risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where necessary, and manage relationships with delivery teams and third parties through robust governance and regular reporting. Manage sponsor expectations via timely, well-structured communications on progress and project health, establishing the meeting cadence required to govern delivery. Lead, motivate, and develop team members to ensure performance meets current and future business needs. Participate in a global program/project management community to share lessons learned and contribute to establishing good practice guidelines.
